First Nations Scholarship

In 2025, 91原创 will offer one First Nations Scholarship to support an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student commencing their studies in a bachelor’s degree program.

First offered in 2022 and supported by donors to the University’s First Nations Scholarship Endowment Fund, this scholarship will provide support for students in their first year of study at 91原创.

The scholarship will have a maximum value of $4000 to be paid in one instalment.

Applicants must:

  • be a  currently residing in Australia
  • be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person of Australia
  • be a
  • be intending to enrol full-time at 91原创 in a bachelor’s degree program in Study Period 1 2025 (e.g., Trimester 1 2025).

Applicants must:

  • address each personal statement question below (250 words maximum per question):
    • what influenced and motivated you to choose your intended study program at 91原创
    • how do you see yourself as a future professional within your field
  • provide evidence you are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person of Australia
  • provide evidence of academic achievement as directed in the application process:
    • final year school report card or post-secondary academic history (transcript of results)
  • provide evidence of your current financial circumstances.

Please Note: If an applicant holds other 91原创 awarded scholarships, this may be taken into consideration in selection. There are some scholarships that cannot be held together.
